   Sandbox demo on your data

   We provision a temporary tenant under NDA and ingest a redacted sample of your data — typically 10K rows. You see the Schema Mapper and Reconciliation Agent work against your real schema, not a canned slide.

   Proposal & MSA negotiation

   weeks 3–10

   We send a fixed Statement of Work plus the Master Services Agreement against your legal team's standard template. Banks land in 2–6 weeks; ministries 4–10 weeks. We don't pressure for click-through ToS.

   Tenant provisioned + admin onboarded

   2 business days after MSA

   Your dedicated Customer Success Manager spins up your production tenant on Hetzner (Frankfurt), wires your SSO into Authentik, and emails the first three named admins their sign-in link to app.migratio.cognis.group.

   First cutover with a war-room

   when you're ready

   A Migratio engineer is on the call during your first production cutover — typically a weekend window. We've reconciled ₦847B already; we know what goes wrong at 03:00 on cutover Saturday.
